dine by Peter Gordon, Bellota, and Air New Zealand
I'll be working with my chefs and managers back in New Zealand as we tweak and adjust the menus at dine by Peter Gordon and Bellota restaurants - see my restaurant page. I'll also be working with Air New Zealand on their menus in a 3 day workshop with their culinary team. I'm in New Zealand only briefly, and looking forward to having a holiday as well

Fusion - a culinary journey is launched
The UK edition of my latest book is launched at The Providores. It's already been mentioned in the Financial Times (I wrote a story about Brunch in NZ and Australia) and Time Out gave it a brilliant review in the previous weeks magazine.

Judging Spanish Food Competition
I'll be judging the Foods from Spain junior chef culinary competition at Westminster Kingsway College today. The lucky winner will win a stage at El Bulli restaurant.
